" We use a project calculator to quote for your design because there are so many variables. A small room starts at £13k inc vat. We can build any shape to fit around other buildings or garden features. We have built L shaped and triangular rooms. We arrange foundations where necessary "

All our rooms are under 2.5m high to comply with permitted development rules. If you live in a National Park, Conservation Area or own a Listed Building you may need to seek planning permission.

We provide a turn key service from design to completion

The process involves a zero pressure initial site survey then proposed designs and costings. Once all the details are finalised, we handle the build itself.
